We respond to all weather events, including ice storms, as well as pre-treat all properties to ensure a clean and safe environment during any inclement weather. We carry full Liability, Workers Comp, And Commercial Auto to ensure there are no worries when it comes to our team servicing your properties. Handling any commercial sites in Sterling Heights, Utica, Shelby Township, Macomb Township, Troy, Clinton Township, Rochester Hills & Warren. We also have a team for Downtown Detroit.

Here at 3J we pride ourselves on exceptional service, both in office and in the field. Our team will gladly provide you with a personalized quote for your property. We have several different billing options to meet your specific needs. Salting is included on all of our properties unless specifically requested otherwise. Using a mixture of either calcium chloride, rock salt or newly added PET SAFE SALT (ask our team to learn more).
