Our Worry Free Guarantee

3J Landscaping guarantees your satisfaction with our workmanship and services.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason with our workmanship and notify us within (7) seven days of completion, we will return free of charge to correct the situation. 

 All planted materials shall be warrantied for a period of (1) full year form the date the work was completed. Planting warranty shall be a (1) one time installation including the identical plant and all labor necessary to install the plant. Suburban Landscaping does not guarantee planted materials against the following; neglect, over watering, under watering, abuse, vandalism, acts of God or nature, vehicular or pedestrian traffic, or work done by others. Please see your contract for specific 

All hardscape installed shall be warrantied for the period of (2) full years from the date of completed installation.  Hardscape materials, such as but not limited to;  timbers, soil, stone, fill, edging, retaining wall blocks, brick, pavers, mulch, and soil additives, are guaranteed to be installed properly and are of good quality when installed.  Due to the unknown quality of work done by others, any additional work done by others in the vicinity of any hardscape installed by 3J Landscaping 

Paver installation shall be guaranteed for the period of (2) full years from the date of the completed installation. 3J also guarantees that the brick shall not settle more that an acceptable amount during the period of the warranty.  3J does not warranty the concrete brick pavers  against the following, water discoloration or disfigurement, erosion, settlement due to water damage, abuse, damage, vandalism, acts of God or nature, vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

All new sprinkler systems come with a 2 year guarantee. We guarantee sprinkler lines to be at proper depth, sprinkler heads to be level and accurate, and we guarantee all other hardware installed will be high quality and professionally done. We also offer free winterization and Spring opening for the first year after install.

Our weed control guarantee simply states that if we are treating your lawn for broadleaf weeds and crabgrass on an annual contract of (4) or more visits, and weeds re-appear, we will return free of charge to re-apply the application. Some weeds that are not covered under this warranty are any other weed that requires a non-selective herbicide to eradicate.
